Still sound like the right place for you? We’re looking for a full-time IT Administrator to join us in our Indianapolis office that meets the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, any technology-related discipline, or comparable work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting and administering computers running modern versions of the Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Demonstrated experience resolving desktop productivity software issues, network connection errors, and desktop and network printing problems
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • An ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment and independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability and willingness to travel between offices when necessary

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Overview:
    • Oversight of technology for attorneys, paralegals, and staff in a broad range of locations including the Lafayette, Indianapolis, Evansville, and Minneapolis offices
    • Respond to support request calls and emails during both office hours and off hours, and provide a variety of software and hardware end-user support, including mobile devices and peripherals
    • Assist with hardware and software research, recommendations and purchases, as well as the onboarding of staff in terms of technology 
  • Technical Support:
    • Produce and design document assembly/automation within software systems; generate documents by combining document templates with live data (Knowledge in HTML/PHP or programming languages a plus)
    • Collaborate with staff to conceptualize and develop custom workflows within software systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus)
    • Develop custom reports within software systems
  • Desktop Support:
    • Install and fully prepare new computers for deployment consistently
    • Investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, security and network problems
    • Manage technology-related vendors and consultants
    • Maintain inventories of computers, software licenses, and related supplies
    • Manage firm-wide data backups
  • Documentation and Communication:
    • Produce required technology-related reports
    • Inform staff of planned and unplanned IT infrastructure changes and events which may impact their productivity
